This was my first visit to the service department.. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. My reason for this visit was state inspection. The gentleman explained In detail what would be done and advised me of a recalled part that I had no knowledge of, that he replaced. He told me it would take about 2 hours which turned out to just that. I had some questions regarding the plan that I chose when I leased the vehicle. He took the time to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I was 100% satisfied with my visit.
