Friendly customer service
Have had my Genesis coupe in for service and repair; customer service for those needs has been good. However, when I asked for information regarding a surrender of a lease, I was told that the Service department is not involved; however, promise was given to refer my inquiry to a person in sales. That never happened or if it did, there was no follow-up.
