Short Notice Appointment Could Not Have Gone Better
Thanks to Kyle and the TEAM at Paramount for their excellent analysis, prompt reporting and swift delivery of my freshly service 2012 Genesis 4.6. An alignment analysis was produced in less than 5 minutes which showed signs of issues and comparative reports were provided on my return to show what had been changed.

Kyle ended up NOT recommending automatic transmission fluid service after checking the condition of the existing fluid and determining it was good to go for another several thousand miles, even though he knew as I willing to pay for the service if they recommended it. This sort of honest reporting is the best way to earn my return business down the road.
