Jordan said everything was handled very well and was done quickly. When he had issues they did fix quickly when the vehicle was returned. He was not given a promise of time. The estimator was very communicative and always in touch and always helping him. When his vehicle was returned, there was damage to the leather steering wheel. This is the second time this has happened and he works there. They are going to fix it and take care of it for him. Jeff was very thorough, communicated with text and email. Everything happened very quickly.

Holden said everything was delivered as promised. There was a slight delay in getting his vehicle back but they communicated with him. When he got his vehicle back, it was in perfect condition. His vehicle was 2 days later than promised because of a parts delay. He chose to visit this business because they specialize in Mercedez.

Ayushman said the work this business did was good but their customer service was not up to par. His estimator was nice but did not do his job very well. They originally estimated that the repair would take 28 days but it ended up taking 58. They told him the insurance company took 3 weeks to give approval for the repair, but when he asked for documentation of that so he could negotiate his deductible with his insurance company, they did not provide it.

Heather said everything went well during her visit to this business and their customer service was good but she didn't understand why they just didn't go ahead and do the regularly scheduled maintenance that was due on the vehicle since they had it for a month instead of making her come back for it.

Carolyn said she had to take her vehicle back 3 times for the same problem. They did not do a good job with the body work. She was not satisfied or happy with anything. It was a couple weeks later than promised but does not know why. She also told them she didn't want them to put in aftermarket parts but they did it anyway. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared the estimate at all. She was not satisfied with their communication and she would not recommend them either.
