Bliss said the employees at the business fixed what she needed done. However, her radio still does not work properly. She is able to turn it on, but she is not able to change radio stations when turning the knob. She plans to take her vehicle back to get the issue addressed.

Jason said this business did a very good job and he was very pleased with the work done on his vehicle. Trevor was very informative and kept him very well informed on the status of his vehicle. Trevor went above and beyond and helped him set up his baby's car seat in his vehicle. The front desk staff was very nice and polite. He was very pleased with is overall experience at this business.

Linda said the gentleman she worked with at this facility, Kebbler, helped her out and he was awesome. The receptionist was awesome and extremely helpful. This facility is associated with a BMW dealership and even though she owns a smart vehicle, she was treated with the utmost respect. When she got home, she noticed there were oil stains on the driver's seat and door. She would recommend them to others. Everything was perfect.

Priscilla said her experience with this business was not the best, but that was due to the insurance companies. Neither company wanted to pay for her vehicle and tried to declare it a total loss even though it was not totaled. These delays made her run out of money to pay for the rental vehicle. Finally, this business picked up the last week of the rental. She really appreciated that. This business is one of the best facilities around. Michael was so good and nice but his hands were tied because of the insurance companies. Somebody at this business laid something on the seats, causing an indent. This facility is aware of that and plans on heating up the leather to fix the problem. They could not provide a promise of time because of the insurance companies. Michael did an excellent job performing the estimate. This facility communicated with her husband all the time through email.

Spoke with Jame's wife. She said this business is the best in town. She was not thrilled with how they handled getting her vehicle back to her. The vehicle was delayed by four days. They had a hard time getting in touch with her insurance company to make a deal. She had to be the one to call them if she wanted to be updated on what was going on. The insurance company did the estimate so she never saw it.

JoAnn said when the repairs where completed, her battery went dead on her way home and the coolant was only half way full. Her vehicle was delayed 30 days due to the insurance company delay. She was not satisfied with the communication because she had to call them for a status update. She wanted to be present when the estimate was being done and they did not tell her when the estimate was being completed. Israel was pleasant but hard to get a hold of.

Kelan said he had some difficulties with this business but he had a good experience. They did a good job fixing his vehicle but it took them almost a month just to fix some minor damage. He is unsure of why they took so long but he found out that this business had an adjustor from his insurance company come back out and approve some work they forgot to show them from the initial estimate.
