Reza said this business did the job repairing his vehicle but did not do it the way they should have for the money they were charging him. He had two estimates. One from the insurance company and one from this establishment which was about sixty percent higher. There was paint on the inside of his vehicle where he opens the sun roof and trunk. The vehicle was not cleaned up before returning it to him and there is a noise coming from the axle. He would not recommend this business to others due to these unfortunate circumstances.

George said the first time he called for an appointment it was hard to get hold of someone. He left 3 messages and no one returned his call. He waited a couple of days before he decided to call them back. When he got a hold of someone, the lady in service said they should have called him back within 72 hours. George said he was happy with the delivery time of his vehicle.

Buckney said the repairs on his vehicle took quite awhile. It took this business 4 weeks to repair his vehicle. He never got a call from this establishment regarding the status of his vehicle.
