We just took her car in for "Service B", and a number of things were checked / maintained. One of the items was windshield wipers. Unfortunately, we had just replaced the wiper blades, and they obviously didn't check to see if they were in good working condition before replacing them again for us for an extra $50. Unfortunate for sure.
Other than that, they did a great job, and they even clean the car inside and out. That feature alone keeps us coming back.
