"No "real" inspection done."
I came in for the air bag replacment, found out that my Baja was not effected by the recall, that's good news. However, I did ask for the techs to go over the car to make sure it was in overall good health. I know for a fact my front breaks are In need of replacement and they gave it a 100% green light. Also claimed to have "test drove it" to make sure that it was in good working order. The milage on the car was the same coming out as going in I have the paper work to show that. Now explain to me why I should trust the dealership? I'm positive they didn't go over the car at all like they should have or claimed to have. Now the dealership should be a trusted place to take you vehicle, not in my book after this visit. Also claimed 575 for fluid changes. That's an outrageous price. I just hope that no one else getting these "27 point" inspections don't get what I recieved.

I had the chip guard installed on my new Outback. They took my car got all the paperwork done and into a complimentary loaner car in 5 minutes. They also pulled the loaner car in to the building and had the heat running which was a nice touch. I got a call that it was ready right on time. Got a great recommendation for where to get a good burger from the tech that returned my car. Superb service overall.
