Friendly, Precise, Up to the minute Service. They tell you what is going on with your vehicle and give you options on how to take care of it before they present it to you! I appreciate the research done before and the information before so that I don't have to do it and that a professional is taking the time to explain it to me and guide me. I will be able to evaluate more at a later date. This past week was my first service appointment. I really liked that I had a loaner car since the part for my car was not available, and I had to wait a week before the car was ready. The staff was great. My car came washed and vacuumed after servicing. So far, so good.

"Took along time"
The service was very good, Wyatt (my contact) was courteous and kept me informed. The warrantee work took over 2 weeks to complete. Yes, I did have a loaner car but the issue evidentially was quite extensive. (Airbag light stayed on)

My AC failed and I took it to a local shop since I live an hour from the dealership. They diagnosed the problem but could not get parts since they are not a Hyundai dealer. I took the car to Parkway and found that the problem was misdiagnosed by the local shop.
