Paulette said she came in early and the mechanic took care of her right away and she really appreciated that. All of the staff members have great customer service skills. It was a very nice touch to call the customer by name and she recommends them all of the time.

Hello Ms. Mobley, we regret that you feel that way but please know that we did everything that needed to be done to resolve engine noise and we have confirmed that there was no longer any noise when you've stopped by couple of times.  At first, the noise was constant, and that's what we fixed.  The noise you're hearing on cold start is unfortunately a normal noise that those perticular engines have.  The reason we recommended you to get another opinion is because you werent happy with our answer.

"Great service "
A service center is never somewhere you want to go. But going to Philmark makes me feel comfortable. I never feel like they are trying to get over. Always very honest and courteous.

"Knowledgeable, Friendly, Professional"
Philmark makes you feel like family. They take care of your car like they would their own. The staff is very knowledgeable about my car and the rates are great. When my car is repaired, it is done well. I refer them to everyone. Once I began using their service, I now use their service for all the cars in my family. This is a business that will keep me and my family's loyalty. Because they treat us well and are so friendly, we tell others.
