New customer likes the integrity of this family owned business
I am a new customer. Found the business online, made a personal visit to talk with Jeff to get an estimate, before taking my 2002 Mazda Miata (76,000 miles) to Jeff for the first time in April for some scheduled service - timing belt/water pump, turn up, drive belts, fluid changes in trans & differential. I was looking for an option to the large dealerships. Jeff and his techs took care of my car like it was their own. In and out when promised. I just went back for LOF. They honestly inspect the vehicle. Their suggestions about future service needs aren't a strong upsell that you get at so many chain service centers, but a genuine appraisal of what you should be thinking about as the owner of the vehicle. I watched Jeff as he checked on each customers vehicle and responded to each question or concern. It isn't often you deal directly with the owner of a business, who stands behind everything that is done in his shop. Jeff works hard at making his small business a success. He is very customer oriented. His integrity is solid, the work is good and the prices competitive. Great family owned, small business. I'll be back!
