Scammed and gaslit
Mistakenly took my car here. I walked in thinking they opened at 7:30 and the girl at the front stared at me and said “we’re closed.” Strangely, then, guy at the front (I’m assuming DJ) said he would take my car in. He asked what the reason was, I said my check engine light was on so just wanted things looked at. I just recently got my oil changed so that wasn’t needed. He writes, “check engine light, car stalling” he’s mumbling to himself as he writes, and I hear him say just in case”. Whatever that means (I later found out it was to lie to try to make more money <3) When he called me later to discuss the issues, he mentioned again that “I said the car stalled” and I said no I never said that, because my car has never stalled in all 4 years I’ve had it. As I had school, my parents went to pick up my car and DJ continued to lie and say that I am the one who said my car was stalling. On the phone he mentioned 3 things they needed to do and I said ok. When my parents went to pick it up there was about $300 more worth of unnecessary charges that he never mentioned on the phone. Narcissists and liars are never pleasant to be around, but this business might take the cake of worst experiences. Please never come here :)
