Usually a 5 star rating but this time a requested fix that should have been caught by inspection slipped buy
The car computer told me that the right backup light wasn't functioning so I called Amanda a couple of days before our appointment to have that added to our scheduled maintenance for a heads up. The day the car went in I was shuffled between two people and told each one of them this needed to be fixed. If the all of the lights would have been checked as on the routine inspection sheet they would have caught this without me even telling them. It is still not working. This is a minor thing but it makes me question what happened.
