Lisa said this business is very prompt. Whenever she goes in they take care of her vehicle immediately and she never has to wait very long. If something needs to be done they explain what needs to be done and why. They are very courteous and she has been dealing with them for 35 years. The staff have taken care of 3 of her Hondas', she is a long time customer and she is happy with their work.

All the work on my vehicle was done and any issues were taken care of and resolved with respect, and understanding. I appreciate the great follow up I received from Mr. Ponte. They are fantastic!

"NOT TOO HAPPY"
My Vehicle was scheduled for an oil change and overall check up on7/28/17. When I dropped off the vehicle the gentleman told me he had reviewed the history on my 2014 Captiva, and no recalls etc had been issued sine my last visit when all was taken care off. He said it should be a fast simple oil change, filter etc. I was surprised when i picked up the car and was told that You had replaced the battery-and that battery life in my type of car was 3-4 years. You therefore, without calling me to let me know and discuss the battery life-you just replaced it. I THINK I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED and been told the reason why the batteries in my type of car needed to be replaced more often than other models and given you the ok or not to replace. You can see from my previous oil change, I do not drive very far.
Please let me know if this is standard practice-to just go ahead and replace something without telling the customer before doing the work.
Please let me know how you handle things of this nature, so I can prepare for future work to be done-or not at Ponte's. Previous ratings for work with you would have been a 5.
