if it not not brokeen we wont fix it! But if it is you should!!
Rebuilt trans in 2010 with 3 year warranty. Had a noise develop in 2013, bad torque converter no big deal, parts are not made as good as they used to be. They had trouble finding the strange noise, I had to take them for a ride and point it out. No problem they replaced the torque converter. I went to pick my truck up from the shop and it would not start! The next day they said it was the selector switch. They said it was a bad plug to the switch. Picked up my truck, drove it home, now it wont start again! If you have a bad plug replace it! I replaced the parts myself! 2 plugs and a neutral
safety switch. I drive to Indy a lot and can't afford to be stranded with my family. Parts cost me 165 dollars. If something is broken, worn out, etc. give a price to replace it! DO NOT Jerry Rig with tie straps! ALSO I had wheel hubs replaced on another car. One went bad after 6 months, took it back and it was replaced under warranty! Then after 3 months it went bad again. Bought factory parts and replaced both hubs myself and have had no problems since! The people at Precision are very nice and friendly! It's nothing personal here I like all the guys! You need to use better quality parts and fix what is broken for good!!

We appreciate Mr. Ashtons critique of our services. The credibility of all our five star reviews would be in question without an occasional less than perfect score. Even so, we are not happy with less than a 100% satisfied customer. As with most automotive service centers, we are always fearful of loosing a customer due to a perception of overcharging of parts. The reason many people don't use a dealership is because of their generally higher, sometimes much higher, prices. The sad truth is that sometimes parts, even when new, fail. These days just because a part is sold at a dealership doesn't mean it wasn't manufactured in Mexico, China, Tiwan etc. So we end up sometimes placing our reputation in the hands of our parts suppliers. If we have problems with a particular supplier or line thay carry, we drop them. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience to Mr. Ashton & his family, appreciate his review and hope to keep him as a valued customer.
