Work Ethics, Compassion & Most of all Reliable.
As stated above in the Review Title, plus knowing my car is in good hands with people who know what they are doing. My 1999 Saab run so smooth and once again feel safe when driving. Thanks Preferred Auto for keeping me safe on the road.

Their professional automotive knowledge
Have used Preferred Auto since I bought my car new in 07 and they have been the only ones servicing it. Only used Toyota Dealership once to satisfy a recall.
Service at Preferred has always in all respects been exceptional.
