Service department is horrible
The service department here is mediocre at best. Employees are condescending, unprofessional, and will literally talk you in circles and try to make money any way possible. Ive been here numerous times and each time john was horrible, i dont like his attitude, his tone, or how he thinks he can say whatever he wants as long as he used his calm voice. You seriously need to have a sit down with him and go over how to properly speak to customers and show decent customer service.
