"Fantastic Service and Results"
I had a routine oil change/tire rotation and full detail on my Sonata this week at Prime Hyundai, and the service was incredible. The costs initially quoted were the costs charged, and everything was done on time. The Service Advisor communicated with me throughout the day via email, and was very helpful. When I picked up my car I was amazed at the detail service. My car looks BRAND NEW! Spotless inside and out. Thank you Prime Hyundai!

"They care...they value their customers ...and really do go out all out to serve the customer"
There was a breakdown in communication with this recent visit, and it was upsetting to me, however when I communicated this to the service department every effort was made to make it right. I was very impressed when the manager himself (Vinnie) came to deliver my car to me. It really shows and proved to me that they do value me as a customer and they will do what they can to get it right.

Very easy to make an appointment and I've even driven in without one for an urgent repair and they took me right away. Great location right off of route 3 in Rockland and the new facility is great, so are all the staff there.
