Took my Ford Ranger in for a state inspection and an oil change. I was amazed when I can to pick up my truck. On the invoice was notations about things that needed to be address in the near future. One of those was that the left inner tie rod end had play and that it just did pass stated inspection. The list included the right inner tie rod had play as well. Other items were listed.
Their honesty and professional ethics impressed me so much. I could list numberous of auto repair places (and mechanics) that would have failed the state inspection until those items were repaired just so they could get the business and make a profit.
