"Hyundai makes the chore of bringing in your vehicle for service almost a pleasure"
The Greenbrier Priority Hyundai Service Center does everything it can to offer Hyundai owners Five Star service. We always wait for service for our vehicle and although it has happened that the wait was longer than expected, that was an infrequent event. Usually the service is done in more or less the time quoted me at the time I discussed the required service with the front desk. We am always satisfied with the car when it is returned. For some resonate the vehicle always seems to run even better after the Tucson is returned to us, even if the service was just to reapply the paint protection coating. And if we decide on purchasing a new Hyundai to replace my 2013 Tucson, the Service Department will be a major reason we do so.

I were greeted by a very nice young man who cessed my car for it's maintenance and send me inside to the maintenance advisor who explain the various maintenance plains. Outstanding services.

"Service was Great"
Scheduling was terrible, 3 times trying to schedule an appointment and I was told there were no AM appointments and they would not make arrangements for me, like they did in the past, to rent a car. After the third attempt I called Hyundai recall to schedule and you had an 8;30. The people who answer the phone for appointments will not go the extra mile to help a customer. Why was there an appointment available and I was told NO. Your person who answered the phone said the appointment would take at least 1 1/2 hrs. On the phone with recall I was told 15 minutes. Maintenance Customer Service needs to learn to help the customer, not get them off the phone as soon as possible. I am in the market for a new car and it will NOT be with this Dealership.
