Pleasantly Surprised
Left car overnight without having called in to schedule due to tire problem that popped up as car was being driven home. Issue was dealt with very quickly the next day and I was pleasantly surprised (even though I was probably told when I purchased the tires some time ago) that there was no charge for fixing the tire.
