"Always happy with Purrfect Auto"
I have been going to Purrfect Auto for abput 3 years now. I was referred to them by friend. I am always happy with them and so far I haven't felt like I've been overcharged or lied to. Lol, but really, it's everyone's biggest fear when taking your car in for service

"Fast, friendly, honest service"
I brought my 2007 Hyundai Elantra in bc I needed a Smog check to renew my registration. A friend recommended Purrfect Auto and it was close enough I could take it during my lunch hour. Michael, in the office was really friendly, and absolutely professional and efficient. I was in and out and heading back to work in less than 20 minutes, and that was with another customer ahead of me when I arrived and two more drop offs while I waited. The guys in the garage were great, and I will definitely be going back for regular maintenance.

"Unexpected Experience"
Wow! Incredible customer service. I brought my car in for a repair which was expected to be 3 - 4 hours; however, when I returned, I was informed that they were a bit behind in completing the work. As a result, they provided me with a rental vehicle, which was completely unexpected since this is an independent repair shop. The level of customer service is outstanding.

Rick said he had a distributor cap in his back seat and he told them to use that one. It was all warranty work being done. They said they could not find it and they had to go purchase another on. When he got the bill, he was charged $100 for labor and he's not sure why. The cap was twice as much as he had paid for his. His wife had to ask for the Triple A discount because they did not know how to do it. They finally did the Triple A discount but their customer service is lacking.

"Wonderful!"
Waiting for your car to be fixed and tuned up can be tedious however I always have a good experience at purrfect auto. They play music in the waiting room and the members at the front desk are always friendly and upfront about the work they do on my car and the prices and parts I will need to properly fix it. I've always appreciated their honesty and they are very efficient and thorough. Whenever I leave I always know my car is ready to run again.
