Phillip said he really likes them. They were very knowledgeable and personable. Mike was easy to work with. He offered manufacturer instructions, but they would not take them. They tried to perform the service, and could not do it so they had to get instructions from the manufacturer. The price was $80 more than the estimate.

Bill said this business told him his rear brakes needed to be replaced. He told them he would hold off for a little bit. He got them checked out elsewhere and found out they did not need to be replaced. He stated they were at about 70 percent. He is a long time customer of this business and has recommend them to other people. He is very upset that they would treat him like a fool and they tried to oversell him. He stated that is not cool.

Bill, I am sorry for your dissatisfaction and I take all of theses very seriously because I cannot stand the way consumers are treated in my industry so I spoke to my tech, assistant manager and reviewed the history on your 2007 Ford Edge. What I  discovered is that we did not actually recommend rear brakes. If you look at the repair order, in the recommendation area, it states "Rear rotors are a little warped - notice it at high speeds" but nothing regarding the pad life. A basic visually inspection from another shop will not indicate this issue. Thank you and I hope you read this and understand that there was no wrong intent here, just a misunderstanding of the recommendation.- Mike
