"They set up an appointment and you never have to wait long. They call if anything else is needed and the work is done in a timely manor."
I feel confident that they do what they say they will. They are always pleasant and as a single woman I feel they do not take advantage of me and I trust them completely to work on my vehicles.

"Fast competent service"
I have an old jeep and the guys appreciate my enthusiasm about my old stick shift. Parts she starting to wear out. I believe they are very honest.

Rachael, first off sorry for your greivance in this situation. I was in constant contact with your husband and daughter on this and in fact I discovered and mediated the replacement for the oil pan that the tow company damaged in the first place. The issue here came down to the fact that when VW manufactured this engine they used a plastic rear bearing seal housing that used for mounting of the rear of the oil pan that was later upgraded to aluminum because of a "weak" design flaw. Removing and reinstalling the pan merely exposed this flaw. This was obviously not Sanders Towing fault, not really our fault and obviously not your fault but actually Volkswagons. Of course they would not pay to fix this as it was not a recall but just an updated designd part. I spoke on the phone to your husband and we agreed to split this $600 repair 3 ways so saying that I "charged her for fixing their own mistake" is really an unfair assesment. I though long and hard about coming up with an amicable solution and was glad I could accomodate everyone. Again, sorry you felt cheated here. Mike, Owner - Quality Auto Service

"fast and efficient"
I found out I needed a smog test at the last minute. I went to Quality Auto and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great service as always.
