Barbara said the staff was very personable and everything was fine until they couldn't deliver her vehicle. She is 88 years old and lives in a senior park that is only three blocks away from this business but it is too far for her to walk. It is 5 minutes there and 5 minutes back so she feels like there was no reason they could not have delivered her vehicle. She was hoping to have her vehicle so that she could be where she needed to be and she had to wait until a neighbor returned from work for her to get her errands done.

Barbara, I am so glad we were able to repair your car so quickly but when I saw this I was suprised as was Joe because we give rides 4-5 times a day to customers. I spoke to him and we both do not remember ever being asked to give a ride. It is typically never a problem. Sorry for the inconveinience and I hope we can make it up to you in the future. Alyssa, I am sorry and surprised by this report. I spoke to you many times over the course of the inspection and prognosis of your volkswagon. By the time we inspected the vehicles damage Hitting something on the road and the damage to the motor from you continuing to drive it (an unknown amount of time) we had at least an hour into checking it out and estimating repairs. That is why the $88 was charged. If we had spent only five minutes on it and said it was totaled and it went somewhere else and it only needed a water hose for $100 you would rightfully be furious with us. But verifying that a vehicle needs that large of an amount of repair ($4,000+) takes due diligence and we want to be thorough. Again I am sorry for the outcome and I hope you understand. Mike

Natalie said Dave and Joe, mechanics, were nice people but she felt the customer service she received in the front office was spotty and unprofessional. She took the vehicle in with a coupon from AAA for the check-up and was taken aback when the price quoted was something that was just spit out of a computer. The first quote was $280 which included things that did not have to be done on a brand new vehicle. She had to take the initiative to customize the check-up service and was able to bring the quote down to $145. She expects more from professional mechanics. They should be able to tell her what is needed at 50,000 miles or 75,000 miles by actually inspecting and knowing what is needed from their job experience and not the other way around. The staff was friendly but they did not really take the time to explain things to her and everything felt rushed. She had to take the vehicle back to them twice because Joe forgot to do the tire rotation. She was under time restraint so Joe told her to come back the next day at 8:30 am but did not show up until 9:00 am. The staff seemed very disorganized, sloppy and the follow up and communication left something to be desired. The staff did not provide clarity when she was asking questions about her service check-ups and seemed to have trouble explaining what work was performed in accordance with the AAA coupon. She will not use this facility again and will not recommend this business to others.

"Quality service"
Owner is very knowledgeable about repairs as well as proactive in doing the work that will keep the car running best - and at the same time he is fair and honest. They worked hard and had the car ready when promised and now it runs great!
