Less than Pleased is and understatement, but as a person trying to be a good Christian I had to walk away . All they seemed to care about was money .
Car was missing when I dropped it off , figured coil was misfiring , And had it replaced 12 month's prior, and informed them it was the 2nd one in 20 Month's to give all info I had known on issues , also wires new , plugs new . I priced coil at Advance and Napa Auto 1 year was 4 dollars less than a Lifetime coil both places Avg cost was 86.99 lifetime coil . They replaced coil charged me 234.48 Thinking they have buying power and it might be less ? No such luck . They charged me 150..00 for a 5 min test , Said they road tested and visual inspection , So I go to leave , Start car, check engine light on, runs terrible and still missing , And they knew I had a funeral in Columbus 2.5 hrs away . I go back into office and they tell me I need new wires / Plugs to correct issues , So I agreed , They installed and car still runs like crap after 1000.00 spent that day. No difference in how it runs , Now they tell me I need a new Injector , cylinder 1 Injector needs replaced but all others were firing ok . they did not want to replace the bad injector alone, they wanted to replace them all . God only knows what they would have milked me for I declined , after making many attempts to give them the opportunity to correct the misfire a 2nd attempt and failed . I'm not a Bank and after 3rd attempt I took car home and will never let them be my service provider ever again .
