They performed all the typical tests while I went for an oil change & tire rotation. They found I needed new struts & new break pads. I had a feeling the break pads would need to be changed soon anyway. I was able to quickly order parts & schedule a return trip for the struts & get the brakes replaced immediately. Everything was done on my schedule & there was no pressure to do it there.
