Sarah said the vehicle took 3 or 4 days longer due to finding additional work and the insurance company delaying the process as well. She was not kept adequately informed. She had to make all of the calls to find out the status of her vehicle since it was not ready when they had said it would be. She was not satisfied with the communication for this reason.
