Rick said he has done business with this facility several times before. On his last experience, the timeline for completed service was slower and his vehicle was not ready when promised, which he believes was a break in communication. He does not recall how late it was. The employees made up for their error by providing him with a free rental vehicle while his vehicle was still being serviced. He said he thinks their service is excellent and they are polite.
