Spoke with Leah. Leah said she had an issue with the lady at the front desk who wasn't being helpful. There were three or four people waiting in the office while the woman was listening to phone messages. Leah stated she thought she could have done that after helping the customers. The lady wasn't being polite which upset her quite a bit.
