Dawn said the repair took a long time, it was in the shop for 30 days. Parts she said, was part of the problem and then it was delayed a week longer after the initial 21 days.

We are always striving to do better in the eyes of our customers. We provide quality collision repair and at the same time negotiate with the insurance company to provide the best possible repair for the customer. This can be a challenge at times and can delay our repair process and communication with the customer. We will try to make our customers more aware of the background events that are transpiring with the insurance companies so there is a better understanding of the process and delivery time of repairing their vehicle. Thank you for your constructive criticism. We hope with this knowledge that Dawn will consider us again in the future
