Shannon stated she was satisfied with the repair service and the support she received at the business. However, there was 1 small little glitch with communication. The first person she worked with went on vacation. He did not place all of the notes on file properly. As a result, there was a little miscommunication between her and the second person she worked with to complete the repairs. Both representatives were very, very nice. The issue was resolved to her satisfaction.
