Richard said a 4 rating because even though the work was good, it took a long time to complete. It took about 7 weeks to complete and the reason for the delay includes getting parts and scheduling issues. He would've appreciated a call from this business instead of him calling to find out about the status of his vehicle. The estimate was done by an insurance business and he kept getting don't know responses from this business until the work was finished on his vehicle. With this business communication, a call from this business would've been appreciated instead of him calling to find out as to what's happening with his vehicle. He would recommend this business for certain things, but he didn't elaborate as to what certain things were.
