Gary said the work was good, but his vehicle was ready about a week late because of the insurance company and a contractor who messed up. The gentleman that helped him was very nice, but he might not have known everything that was going on. They tried to communicate, but he was not kept informed. He chose not to evaluate their communication, but the repairs were confusing.
