Spoke with Cindy. She said this business left overspray on her seat. She had to go back twice to get it taken off. They weren't perfect. She was satisfied with the employees, the building, and the repairs. She was promised the repairs would take 4-5 days. She dropped it off on a Monday. She went to pick it up on Friday at 1 o'clock and there was still paint on her seat. She needed her vehicle to get to the airport. She went back later for them to clean it and it was fine. She found a piece of molding loose on the side panel. She was able to just pop that back into place. Nobody talked to her to inform her about her vehicle during the repair process. She was absolutely satisfied with the way she was treated. The staff was very friendly.
