Chad said there was confusion about the delivery date, the rental vehicle, and the payment. He said his vehicle was 3 days delayed because of issues with the insurance payment and paint drying. He mentioned he was not satisfied with the shops communication because he had to drive back and forth to the business because of the confusion with the rental vehicle. He said he didn't know if he needed the rental vehicle or not and was confused about the delivery date as well.
