Jesse said they forgot to put a bolt back on the engine block. He was not given a promised time for the vehicle to be ready. They are a little feisty and the receptionist was not very friendly.

We are always striving to do better in the eyes of our customers. We do take pride in our quality and our customer’s expectations. We are human and do make mistakes but always strive to correct them. We know it is always important to make things right when things don’t go as planned. We will try to make our customers more aware of the background events that are transpiring with the insurance companies so there is a better understanding of the process and delivery time of repairing their vehicle.
