Kirk said they did a great job but it was not amazingly exceptional. His vehicle was four days late due to the business finding additional damage on his vehicle. They did not contact him to let him know that his vehicle was not going to be ready when promised. On the day he was supposed to pick up his vehicle, he went to drop off his rental vehicle and then found out that his vehicle was not ready. He was not satisfied with the communication due to the reason mentioned.
