David said this facility has really good guys working for them. He really likes dealing with them. He trusts them. If he has a problem with his vehicle, he knows they will take care of it. He said the insurance company drug the time out for this facility to be able to complete his repairs. There was a lot of going back and forth between them and this facility. They had originally ordered after market parts for his vehicle that did not fit his vehicle properly. They then had to re-order factory parts, including a new factory hood to put on his vehicle. This is what caused most of the delay to his repairs. He did not elaborate as to the length of the delay.
