Robert said he had no problems with this business, they were courteous, called him to let him know what was going on, and they called him when his vehicle was ready. He got his vehicle back a couple of days late because they found additional damage, and had to order more parts. Robert explained his insurance recommended this business, and when he went down to talk to them he was quite impressed which is why he wanted them to do the work.
