Janette said the repair services were being paid by a third-party, and it wasn't an insurance type claim repair service. As a result, the staff was cooperative, and they waited for answers to questions regarding the repair services being completed. They also performed a good job of completing the repairs cheaply and good at the same time. After her repair service was completed, and she did have a problem, the staff was very prompt in resolving the issue to her satisfaction.
