Shirley said that she was supposed to get a rental she wanted the least expensive and it was smelly and crappy. She told them that either the rental would have to go back or the vehicle would need to be completed. She stated that they gave her back her vehicle while they waited for a part to come in. She mentioned that the vehicle was 1 week late due to ordering of a wrong part. She mentioned that she will not recommend them or return for the listed reasons.

We are always striving to do better in the eyes of our customers. We do take pride in our quality and our customer’s expectations. Our business requires us to purchase many parts from many different vendors. The ordering of wrong parts does happen and we try to minimize the effects. We did alert Hertz rental car directly on Shirley’s situation and they did apologize for her vehicle and offered her compensation. The quality of Hertz rental vehicles have always been one of the best in the industry. We are always receptive to constructive criticism. We hope with this knowledge that Shirley will consider us again in the future.
