Richards has worked on our cars over several decades. Work they had done and was way past any warranty caused a break down and expensive repair on an out of town trip. Sam the Service Manager reimbursed me for the cost of the repair. This was the only problem I have ever had with maintenance and repairs over the years and they definitely stood behind their work. Great customer service.
