They are friendly, convenient, and prompt. I called to get a smog check and oil change/regular service. It turned out the hybrid didn't need a smog for registration, so they didn't do it and didn't charge me. They wouldn't give me an estimate for oil change and service over the phone, instead they wanted to review packages once I was at their shop. The cost was significantly more than I expected it to be, but I just moved here from out of state. So maybe it was competitive. They finished my car as promised and had washed it as well.
