Very Honest!!
This was my third time taking my car here and I am just as pleased as the first time. I feel completely confident in what I was told needed to be repaired on my car. The dealership where I had been taking my car wanted to do thousands of dollars worth of repairs and Richards Automotive said most of the work was not necessary at all. I really appreciated their honesty! The prices here are excellent too and all work was done in a very timely manner.
