They back up their work!
Richards Auto repair did a complete rear brake job on my old ford f350. Many months later, but only 200miles since the work, it developed a brake fluid leak. I took it back to RAR. They inspected the problem and determined they had pinched a brake spring on the first install. They fixed the problem and gained a loyal client. I respect that they owned up to their mistake and corrected.
