Pooni said he took his vehicle to this business for a diagnostic and was told he had to replace his battery before they did it. His battery was only two years old and he should've known at that point something was wrong. To replace it, it costs $500. He said it is under the passenger seat and the seat has to come out. He told them to let him know each and every issue with his vehicle because that would determine whether or not he would keep it or trade it in. They told him the only issue was the intake manifold and he ended up paying $2,600 in total. When he got home, his check engine light came back on and he could still hear something wrong so he took it back. They told him he also needed a water pump and that would cost $900. He was very disappointed and stated he felt like they were overcharging him. They wouldn't even give him discount on the water pump after having spent $2,600 with them. Plus, they didn't initially tell him about this issue in the first place. He called a local facility and was quoted $540 for a water pump. It seems like their way of solving problems, is by replacing parts.

John said the work this business does is absolutely exceptional but they are consistently tardy in getting their customers vehicles back to them. They originally advised him that the job would be completed in 2 days but it took 2 weeks. He stated he does not believe that there is anybody else in the industry who would take better care of a Mercedes other than the dealership itself. He brought his vehicle in because he was hearing a noise recently and they investigated it for free. He is constantly pleased with everything they do.
