I walked in the customer service area around 10am on a Friday and bemoaned my sob story about a rebuilt rear differential on my 2017 F150 4x4. The local Ford shop who did this work claimed the front differential seems to have the same problem. I was skeptical and started looking for another opinion. A Richmond mechanic jumped in my truck and test drove it. He said the front diff is fine but the left front wheel bearing is coming loose and that the right side is probably not far behind. I need this truck for some highway driving on the following Monday. Richmond bent over backwards to get my truck safe to drive on the same day! They saved me a small fortune and I'm telling everyone about them!
