My regular mechanic there, Jim, is just great--no B.S., he talks to me straight and always does a fine job. The other people there are very friendly too, I just wish they would communicate with me a little better to let me know every time when my vehicle is ready to be picked up. Now that they're using this online system with e-mail, I'm hoping that will help to keep me informed. I really don't like it when businesses don't bother to let me know what's going on.
