"Poor service "
The a little decal which show the next change was on the floor of the car and they didn't reset the next change of the car so now everything I start the car show me -678 and I don't have to change!

"Improve Service waiting area"
Alway happy with my service advisor Tom Owen...courteous and prompt taking my order. But the service waiting area is getting my bad review because we have to spend quite bit of time there and cannot even get a decent cup of coffee like used to be before. I already bought 4 cars there.
