"Service appointments, especially a recall, should be honored."
We kept our 10:30 am recall service appointment, but the car was not ready at 12:30pm or 3pm. When we called at 4:45pm, we were told the car was ready, but we were not able to pick it up until the next day. Recall appointments should be honored.
