Incredible service and attention to detail
I've had my vehicles serviced at Rogue for about 5 years now, from my Ford Pickup to my Subaru to my two Volkswagens. The service has always exceptional. Problems are presented, options discussed, risk factors examined, and a solution agreed upon. Technically, there hasn't been a problem they couldn't solve quickly and to my complete satisfaction. At the same time, they've also always bent over backwards to accommodate my "emergencies" - scheduling me in when I needed immediate service. And finally, their shuttle service is an extraordinary benefit that really sets them apart.
I'd recommend them without reservation. They are good, polite, and treat people well and fairly.
