Dimitri said this business made it really easy for him. He is completely satisfied with the quality of the paint and body work. It looks as if the accident did not happen. Their explanation of the repair process was excellent. He understood everything. They did not call every day to update him. They told him when it would be ready and it was ready on that day. Everything was clean and the staff was very courteous.

Spoke with Leo. He said he appreciated the service. This facility fixed a mirror issue on his vehicle with the mirror he had right there on the spot and was done within 1.5 hours when another business said they would have to order a new part. There was no paint work performed.

Spoke with Raymond. He said he felt like the work this business did was not enough to restore his vehicle to its original condition. It still looks like his vehicle has a dent near the fender. He had brought this issue to their attention but since they acted as if they could not notice the dent, his issue was not fully resolved. They gave him a lot of details about the work and when the work was done, they let him know what was done. As a result of all this, he is unlikely to recommend others to them.

John said the workmanship and the time frame in which they got the work completed was great but the estimate they provided him for the other work he needed done, was high. They need to work on the accuracy of their text updates because he ended up being stranded when he got a text stating his vehicle was done but had to wait another 3 hours before it actually was.

William said every time he goes to this business, he has received a product that actually fulfills the promise of like it never happened. He is completely satisfied other than the outrageous price. The vehicle was not ready when it was first promised but it was ready by the second date they promised. He is not sure how many days it was delayed because he was out of town. He is unsure of the reason for the delay.
